Is the Terminator whose helmet looks like that truck cab?
-
Won't take more than a week for a lot of companies to lose $500k on repairs. By week 3, they'll cancel all remaining orders.
I can just see that combo in some of the places I go. Back of cab tore off, front of trailer tore off. All because of sharp dips in the parking lot.
However, I suspect they'll be utilized for terminal to terminal transfers pretty effective. -
That looks like a nightmare to pretrip. Ok, lets lift up the trailer skirts to check the tires/brakes. Cool looking maybe but i see a lot of expensive plastic that will get broken on the first bumpy road or tight turn.

No room for chains....single drive axle....so what will the freight weight be(?)...no more than 20k?
Once again...green skinned desk artists can't think a problem beyond a cartoon picture!
Hey they forgot the extending electricity stinger retrieval arm for work in the city!
Durn it we are such excellent armchair quarterbacks....ain't we? -
Ew.
Just...Ew. -
I though it was cool looking. If they can make it durable, functional as well then great!
-
looks cool, but useless,
-
if you notice all the companies that have the trailer skirts....MOST of them are torn up...that truck would be torn up in no time flat by a lot of ppl.....personally i think it looks like an amtrak train..i dont like it.....

You're closer than you realize, with the AmTrak comment.
California is hot and heavy into the testing of road trains with wireless connections. 8-10 trucks and trailers, with only the lead truck doing the driving.Giggles the Original Thanks this.
