Since I am grossing 80,000 pound maximum, both are fine for me. I have checked them out, but I do not know. Which one ride better? I would appreciate to let me know your experience.

AG 380 is the same as Pete Flex air.

Sorry, I stand corrected. I confused the relationship of AG380 and Flex Air with Low Air

The complaints I see are concerning Low air. The bad bounce, whole truck rocking syndrome.

I have just realized, there is a third option, the AG400L, which is a traditional four bag version.

I can't sort that one out between those two. Need some Kenworth guys to help with that answer.

I'm not familiar with ag400l, but I have ag400 and am very pleased with ride and 80ish every load. Buddy of mine has a t600 with ag380 and loves it. Ag400 does travel better off highway (coal holes, farms, etc)

AG 400L is the same as Low Air. AG 380 is the same as Air Flex. The AG 380 is a good, cheap, light suspension. The AG 400 (8 bag) rides a little better, is a little heavier duty, and a little heavier. I personally like them all!!!

Go with the AG400. You won't be sorry, and Kenworth's 8 air bag system is the best in the industry. Very dependable, and actually helps resale a bit because it's more versatile as to what application it can be used in. Good luck

OWe bought a couple trucks with the AG380 to use on our farm they were terrible once off the pavement. We had one parked facing down hill at our stack yard and loaded it up and darn thing just buried its self when all the other trucks just drove out. Got to looking and noticed the stock shocks are so short the dont allow for no axle droop. We changed them out to a longer shock and they now get around pretty good going in and out of the fields.

Thank you for the responses. My main concern is the driving quality, because I run on highways 99.9% of the time, and tired of the cracked, rough cement roads. At highway speed, after an hour I feel myself like I am sitting in a grinder. That is why I am looking for the best ride quality. I also plan to have the air ride steer axle, even if it leaning a little bit on the ramps.
