Replacing dash plastic parts

In my 2001 Century, the dash plastic is very, very tired. Both steering wheel housing pieces are broken too. I've found some chrome replacement AC vents, which are reasonably priced, but I wonder if anybody has pulled the checkbook out and replaced, or found another source for the larger pieces? Also, are all FL dealers going to charge same-same for these parts, or do some offer discounts?

 

Any thoughts on a wrecker? E.g. the big names who do a lot of trucks routinely.
