I am an o/o, that has not been out on the road in about 3 years. I have been running containers locally. I am looking to get out of containers and get out on the road. I have tried to get on with landstar and a few other companies but keep being told I don't have enough otr experience. Never mind that I ran otr with for three years before starting containers. My record is not great but no problems in the past few years. just a speeding ticket in my 4wheeler and an accident in the truck. I am having a B$^#CH of a time getting on somewhere where I can haul OTR or even regional.

So I have no flatbed experience and was wondering if anyone might know of a flatbed company that will train PLUS pays pretty good. Apparently, van work is not going to work out for me.

TMC trains for flatbed but that accident might disqualify you depending on how long it's been since you had it. You say it's not a problem but some trucking companies consider it a problem.
