    Do what you need to do to protect your license.
    I've only been truckin for a little while, and the only one that truly cares for you in what you do is 'you'.
    I refuse to run illegally or work for an outfit that would expect me to do so.

    GEZzzZZ 360 pounds over weight is not even worth calling about...good Lord
    you'll burn that weight off in fuel in 270 miles...
    If you got paid by the weight instead of by the mile you would find that you generally wont get hasselles for that little over weight. now if you start going 1000 pounds over you might have some problems....

    true 360 not usually a biggie, but there no reason to skid a guy for trying to be legal. then again maybe there is a DOT scale 10 minutes down the road with a by the rules guy, or maybe his tanks were low already. up here if you want to terminate for an offense you can't let him keep working until its convenient for you to kick him in the rear, or you get that sort of settlement against you
