    Hello everyone,
Im wondering what the best companies to work for regarding OTR would be. I currently drive for Sysco Boston. The Money is great I gross well over 3000 dollars every 2 weeks and take home roughly 1600 to 2200 every other week. Now I have worked for Sysco for 5 years, and have only been driving since January but only Lisenced since May.

Im really not interested in doing local food deliveries at this point, especially for sysco. So im wondering where would be the best places to start looking to do OTR, I was looking at CRST for the simple fact that my friend wants to get his CDL and they let you train your partner, and we want to run as a team.
Altho after reading reviews about them on here and glassdoor.com Im rather turned away and not really sure where to look, even if I have to run solo for awhile.

Any suggestion would be greatly apprecaited! Thanks in advance!

I know I will be taking a pay cut, but I really want to do OTR, I want to see the country, I plan on moving out of New England within the next two years. plus sysco sucks. if you finish your route "early" in 8 hours then they make you help other drivers all the time! or make you do back hauls. I busted my ### so i could get home. If im gonna max out the hours every day Id rather to OTR.

    Thanks for your input tho!

Ah long as ur aware check into Conway good company n miles I run about 2800+ a week on average sense I been here I got 2631.5 miles a week. That's pretty good. Stay away from Crst sucks bad u get paid crap n treated very bad n no miles there. I've worked there so I know it sucks lol.
