Hello to all, i am a new driver going to orentation at Pam. I have read many post both good and bad on this forum.I go to Pam with mixed feelings,im nervous and excited all at the same time.I went through C-1 trucking out of Little Rock,Ark.I have also read many things about C-1 but my time there was very good.Any advice for a new driver like myself would help me greatly. Thanks in advance,Stan.

yep run away from ANY company related to them includeing them! I work for the Big LTL company the owner of PAM owns and its the worst company ive seen EVER! Pam shares our yard i see poor pam drivers sitting for days waiting on loads, standing on the street corner with there wife and all there stuff waiting for a Taxi when they give up and quit, etc everyday.....nothing good comes from this guy...But its not all bad they'll pay you a whopping $300 a week!

well Stanley...give your best effort and keep an open mind about it...if things work out then good for you...if things don't work out then leave...that simple...and don't pay any attention to the negative things...good luck and truck it up driver......:rr:
