I noticed on my truck - 06 VOLVO VED D12 465HP manual trans - that while in idle/park with all pedals (gas, clutch) depressed egr is on
but when I press them a little , just enough to engage their switches EGR turns off and all the fumes go directly to the exhaust -
truck doesnt "overheat" at all while idling because it means no fumes in egr cooler
isn't it easier way of disabling egrs just for the price of loosing cruise control??
What do you think?? Any suggestions??
Egr disabling??
