Am I hearing that right? .22cpm? In 04 the co. I was with paid teams a .40 cent split, a 22 split should be illegal...

Only for the first month or so then after the first months you start getting you raises. At 6month its 31cpm.

I am going with Stevens Transport. I here lots of good things about that company and they seem to have one of the best training schools. It seems like to me they want to be sure they have the best of the best people for their company. I hardly rear to much negative things about them exept that some of the road trainers sometimes will be tough on you but I am sure it is because they are trying to be sure you will truely be ready when you go out on your on as solo.

I've been at CRST for 5 months now and yes, they are listed as one of the worst companies out there but then again a job is what you make it. I am on the Caterpillar Dedicated account and my co-driver and I average about 6000 miles per week, more if its available and sometimes less. Our fleet manager keeps us moving and we very rarely sit and wait on loads. I make 30cpm but I've only been driving for 6 months legally so I'm okay with that, I will get a raise here next month and go up a couple more cents which will be good. The only bad things I can say about CRST is that if you don't find a co-driver that is willing to do his or her share then you will have problems. I did come to CRST with my cdl already so not too sure on how the schooling is for someone with no cdl..
