DHF Express LLC for sale $50,000. Small trucking company in business 3 years with over 85 active freight brokerage accounts plus 2006 International Truck (only 579K mi located in Sacramento CA area) and 2001 '53, insulated, air ride, swing door with tracking / straps Utility Trailer. This is a turnkey opportunity for any truck driver looking to become an owner operator. Run under my MC authority until your MC # is established and have loads booked by me until you are signed up with the brokerages. Keep DHF Express LLC name optional .... advantage to keeping name would be LLC already established / paid for and your personal name addition replacing mine naming you owner /manager is all that is needed. Also all the 85 plus brokerages I am signed up with know and trust DHF Express as a dependable carrier and all brokerage probation requirements ( those that have such)have been met already i.e. must have 2-3 loads before quickpay is allowed or min 3 loads with brokerage before allowed to service some shipper accounts.
Having an LLC in trucking business saves costly monthly Workers Compensation fees as LLC's are exempt from paying WC should you ever hire a driver and also helps when booking loads thru brokerages as many require WC if business is not an LLC. DHF can be taylored to your liking ...currently is stands for my name initals but could be changed to Dependable Highway Freight which seems to not be used by anyone per google search or any other name you might think of i.e. Delivered Here First etc.
Terms possible with $25K down payment. For more details email DHFExpress@yahoo.com

No disrespect but when searching your name it shows active authority since 09/12/2011. You should be honest when posting on a open forum because it's very easy to look up.

This sounds like a real stand-up operator. Except the part where it doesn't.

Next!

No disrespect back but you might want to ask before you draw conclusions like this. I bought the truck in Nov 2009 and ran only in CA 1st 2 years hauling Intermodal out of Stockton CA, then car frames then Ethanol also out of Stockton none of which required a MC# which I never claimed having for 3 years as I only stated I been in business for 3 years. Didnt have MC till 9/12/11 offical date tho was able to book loads from last week of August once application was pending..... it takes DOT about 3 week to process application but brokerages are allowed to issue loads during processing period. If this was keeping you from making an offer on the business I will gladly provide you or anyone else with all reciepts and registrations, pay stubbs as I have everything from last week in Nov '09 till now ...the truck had 395.5K on it when I bought it and has only been as far as TX once & OR once as I been running mostly CA to NV doing Starbuck Loads which pay the best at around $2.83 a mi .... now you know why Starbucks coffee is so expensive. Out of the 85 plus brokerages I am signed on with I have done more loads for this particular brokerage than any other as they call me 1st everytime and I only missed doing one load in a year due to being booked elsewhere so someone is going to get a primo account with that one along with the handful of accounts that provide the loads getting me down to Vislaia where Starbuck load is PU'd up at. Thats all 4 now.... let me know if you have any other questions.

Midianlord .... I assume being you highlighted the LLC paragraph of my post you are implying something is incorrect with what I posted. What is it you mistakingly think is incorrect... as I assure you several of the carrier packets I have filled out want either proof of WC or proof of exemption i.e. LLC registration or a waiver signed. Please explain your post as implying I am not a stand up operator with no facts to back up you post leads me to think you just another Canuck who doesnt know 1st thing about WC laws here in CA ....1st quote I got after hiring a driver to haul ethanol was $850 a month which only covered him on the job and provided no coverage for myself whatsoever which is why I filed for LLC exempting me from WC and had driver covered with 100% blue cross medical insurance with $5k deductible. But you wouldnt know about that because Canada doesnt have WC or health insurance as we do . So maybe you should stick with what you know best which is watching hockey and sucking faaarts from sofa cushions. No disrespect intended ....but you are clueless.

Many LLCs hire independent contractors.

hiring an I/C is way different than what he is implying. If he is hiring an employee, he WILL be required to have work comp.
