driving with expired medical card

ummm, your only in trouble if you get caught.

so don't get caught. and all your panicks will be for nothing.

somewhere along your route you WILL find a clinic. just get it done there. and when you get home. take the paperwork to your DMV or whatever it's called so it can be combined with your driver license.

just make sure that card has the docs name printed and signed and has his dot number. my card was incomplete and i had to go back to have it redone. luckily i was home though. and didn't have to pay for another exam.

 

I wonder what the consequences are of falsifying a federal document...

Get get your trk. and bobtail to a doc. Like others have said.
That or Dead head all the way home to Ohio and show personal convaynce....

 

3 weeks ago I got pulled in for a random inspection couldn't find my medical card and I had a copy and the long form which they didn't except and ended up with $170 ticket. I didn't get shut down but it did count as CSA points. I would assume a expired may have similar consequences. But I didn't get shut down because I had proof that I had one and it was valid I just didn't have the original.
