About to finish school, don't know who I want to work with.

    Basically, this is what I'm looking for:

    Pet policy, no weight limit.
    Decent company to work for.
    Decent pay.
    Ideally, deals in proper hazmat (things that pay more than +$.01/pm).
    Decent benefits package.
    Otr, not local.

    I live just outside Chicago, IL, but willing to relocate to wherever.

    Have any recommendations? If you know a company that will only take someone after a few months experience, that's okay. I'm willing to work a crummy-ish job for a little while and move somewhere better after a few months.

    Have you considered an independent recruiter? They work for themselves and are paid the company that hires you. I know of one if you would like the info.

    zoo man,
    can you tell me more about independent recruiters? if they can get a job with a decent company that has a pet policy with no weight restrictions, then i'll be happy.
    i'll be graduating from the highest rated school in IL from the 240 program, with all endorsements.
