I was wondering what the hell that was for....

 

Question for all. Which frac company pays more. Canyon, Sanjel, Trican, Calfrac etc. If im going to be away from home for 15 days at a time i want to make it worth my while and take the best paying company

 

Its not all about the money..... Seems most dont realize this.

 

What about Trican? Got an offer today.

 

What did they offer you fishhauler if you dont mind me asking?

 

15/6. Base + bonus. Got a better offer from Baker Hughes. Base + salary, 21/14, commute allowance.

 

your right, spent all last winter working avg $5/hr less than most, but it was worth it, the owner of the company calls me by name, and this spring he helped me buy a truck

 

Respected you, treated you like a human being, gave you a chance to prove yourself, and opportunity to advance into owner-operator. Amen.

 

Find out what your bonus structure is. Going by base salary means nothing.
Also, look at how well their equipment is maintained. Because if it always needs repairs, you won't be out working. If you have a family, better look at the benefits offered as well. Compare at it as a whole package.

PS - Gas Frac pays the best and is the most dangerous. Fracing with propane.
