It's having trouble setting in....the altitude is effecting the schedule! ALGORE said so!!!!

It's a crock, especially up in ND oil fields. They have 20 Ton restrictions on some of the roads, and then have a rig on that road(that they had to haul that heavy load there). Then they need their water, and everything else hauled in and out of there, but the laws won't let you. Even funnier is the weight limits on gravel roads.
