Dunno if it'd hold up in court however should he choose not to split it and someone sue him. It is in writing, but not signed. LMAO. Just kidding. Almost 5 years with Maverick and many referalls but have only had a 1/2 referral bonus and can honestly say i dont ever remember talking to, responding to in here to, or having ever seen the person i got it from so what i call, "the sarge curse" holds true. No one i and i alone referred has ever been hired. -
Congrats on the million mile Rehab!!!

Well, another week in the books! It was pretty uneventful for the most part. We unloaded at a Home Depot store in Ft Smith Monday morning, then headed to the Ft Smith yard to reload. That load took us to Columbus OH for a Tuesday delivery. After unloading that, we reloaded with a coil a couple miles away. That was a good run, all the way to Talladega AL. I am glad that wasn't a week earlier cause of the race down there!
We arrived there about 1 hour before our appointment Thursday, but waited 5 hours to get unloaded. That really cut into the hours a bit! After unloading there, we headed to Decateur AL to reload. The appointment was for 9:45pm, but we arrived around 6:00 and I didn't have many hours left. Again, we played the waiting game! By the time we got loaded and had it secured and tarped, it was almost midnight. I pulled out the gate on the side of the street and went to bed.
The next morning, we headed back towards Ft Smith. We stopped by Little Rock to clean up and do some laundry, and had the service done on the truck. That took some time, so we went to a good restaurant and had some dinner. I needed that! We got back, waited a little while longer for the truck then headed to Ft Smith. I got dropped off at the hotel hopefully for the last time and called it a night! I hope to make it by Little Rock again next Friday and get dropped off so I can begin to test out. I feel pretty confident in just about everything. My biggest concern is actually the tarping! I know I can get it covered, but it may be ugly!!! I know there are some securements that I will get stumped on, but there is always help available so I should be fine! Next week can't get here soon enough!sewerman, cuzzin it and sarge26044 Thank this. -

HAHAHA!!! PREACH IT BROTHER STEVEO!!!! -
center the tarp over the load
tack your corners
build your wall
hang the bungees from the d rings you're going to use
tack a coupla bungees on one side of the tarp
go to the other side of the truck and complete one side
go over to the other side of the truck and complete that side
close the back
close the front
walk around with a handfull of bungees looking for any other place you might want to put one also checking that your boxes are closed and your equipment is put away and your dunnage strap is tight.
roll.
If you happen to be tarping somewhere and there's another driver whos tarp looks perfect, go over and watch him for a coupla bungees. Trust me, he/she will take it as a compliment and you can learn alot in a couple of bungees.
And remember, were not TMC, we dont tarp the trailer
Were not companies that put a 4 inch strap across the front and back of the tarp to hold it to the trailer
and if in the back of your tarp, you choose to take the time to roll the excess tarp towards the product, DONT JUST LEAVE IT THERE AND STRAP A BOARD OVER THE TOP OF IT!!!!!!!!! -
Tarping a load is like painting everybody has their own brushstroke. A few months back I like the way one guy was doing the back of his tarp. So I went over there to check it out how he did it I liked it and been doing it that way ever since. Just goes to show you could teach old dogs new tricks. It looks good, rides good and it saves me from getting on the trailer one last time that's what I like efficiency.
