You can do it online yourself with a credit card. There is no need to pay someone to do it when you can do it yourself.

 

I'm not following your problem all the way. You purchased the truck? Or you don't own the truck. First you say you borrowed money and purchased. If you own the tractor you can file for your own authority. Or if your making payments to the bank you can file. You can not file for someone elses truck. But maybe I'm not following what your saying. Take the co driver out of the situation. Now who owns the truck. If your paying ins on his equipment don't do that you will get hurt bad.

You can go to the fmcsa website and find everything you need to do your own filing. You can either print the forms out and mail them in or do it all online.

Yea. Sorry I didn't follow. It really is not very difficult to file. It walks you through it online. Or you can fill out a hard copy. I had mine sent to me in the mail.
