a new guy with cat C15 questions

hello i am new to the site and dont really know what im doing.I have a 2001 C15 6nz that i would like to make run better and get better mileage. I have been reading a little and it looks like mabye i should set my inj codes to 5232.My fls is 14 and my fts is -2.what will changing these codes do for me. I would also be interested in changing my fls/fts depending on what it would gain me.i would like more hp but my main thing i would like to gain is mpg.I read that a fls 127 and fts 0 would be a good setting.what do you think? I have the stock turbo/wastegate at 29-30 lbs. thanks

 

thanks cat sdp i dont know to much about the pdi tunes.I know of a few guys that have did the pittsburg power.the little black box but i dont want to do that.thanks for your reply.im new to the site and just trying to find my way around.i would have went to the garage but thought i read that i needed 7 msg before they would let me in.
