I can't remember exactly. It's at least once/month, and may be twice. Contact RA for the approval. Also, if you are running where there is crap on the roads for snow/ice removal, you can get approval to get that off the truck. It's been a few months, and I just don't remember.
-
Supposed to be twice a month.
-
You gotta ask RA if you can wash your truck? Now that's just stupid!
skellr Thanks this. -
I just wait for it to rain really hard.... My truck goes to too many jobsites to stay nice n shiny
-
OK, It is twice a month more than 14 days apart. If the weather has been really bad you can get it done again, IT IS NOT R/A that you call, it is the Fuel Desk. and if you want motre than 2 a month your fleet manager has to tell the fuel desk it is OK
-
Anyone have any decent spreadsheets you use for keeping track of everything
Thinking about going lease in a couple weeks debating on doing it now or may wait till after the first of the year since it seems like freight has slowed a bit lately
Thanks -
Get a year in before you think about leasing, and save at least $2000 - $3000 for capitalization money for your new business. The odds are heavily stacked against you being successful if you just jump right in.

Yes the odds are stacked against you, and even more if you have a mortgage, kids, car payments.
MikeyB. Thanks this. -
Got a note that they are really cracking down on the 2 per month limit. Doesn't bother me cause i usually dont use both washes per month. I try but sometimes work gets in the way
Time constraints and I just get the washout, weather, or Im saving it to use at home time usually has me put it off till later.
Oh, and if you pay cash/out of pocket at an out of network wash, you have 24hrs to submit it for a reimbursement PO thru the qualcomm from the fuel desk. If you dont, then you have to get your FM to issue the PO because its out of the Fuel Desk's hands after 24hrs. Dont ask me why this changed earlier this year, I dont know and no straight answers.
