Trucking Jobs in 30 seconds
Every month 400 people find a job with the help of TruckersReport.

No doubt, you'll probably have to take a pay cut. It's totally worth it.
-
Not really if you think of it....we don't get paid overtime as drivers....plus I would go from 70 hours to 40 and get to be home.........but I like the road it pays me well.......but I think with the events at home the way they are I have a feeling I am going to need that office job in the coming year cause my ex won't want to keep all the kids....
-
I don't get paid overtime either, all salaried. But yep, it is nice to be able to see the kids every night. Well in my case every day and night. Good news is, there are lots of trucking companies out there. My advice would be if you're looking to come off the road is get your resume all fired up and just send it out cold. Don't wait for openings.
-
Nah I am going to stay on the road as long as possible.....but at the same time I have to keep in mind that I may end up with the kids...so it would behoove me to find a nice office job that pays near what I make now.....but I am not moving again...I am keeping my happy butt in Iowa......so I limit my options...but its better in the long run..
-
So I haven't been on in a long time... Been really busy. Working hard, at work and home. I hope you all are doing well. I see Roehl trucks all the time at the paper mill, but none of the guys ever want to chat. They all act like the need to be somewhere yesterday...
