kids in school buses (question for you oldies)

Because some of us have more consideration for other drivers. Blasting the horn usually is to get the attention of another driver or individual. A blast of our horns will distract the bus driver and others on the road, whereby increasing the possibility of an accident. Why would you want to put other peoples lives at risk for the joy of a horn blast ?

 

depends on areas, some areas we as trucker cant ues are j-brackes or uesd are air horns when you gave me a signal, thus if your willing to pay my fine and some how fixing a dac report. not only will lay on my air horn for you but i would let you lay on the air horn hope this helps you out a little, be safe and have fun

 

As others have pointed out, it depends on what's going on at the time . . . if there is a lot of traffic, etc . . . not gonna do it.

 

Actually, yes they do. My hubby has had a lot of kids give him the signal . . . he has been able to do so many times, but there have been other times when he has not been able to.

 

yup followed by the middle finger if you don't do it fast enough

 

Obviously it wasnt me you saw as I would have done it!

 

When I pass a school bus full of kids I don't even look at them because I don't want to see them asking me to blow my air horn... depending on the traffic, the time and the circumstances at that moment it may not be the right thing to do. Some folks, including adults ask me to blow my horn but I don't always do it.
