Have a 2000 Freightliner century when you turn the ignition off with the engine on the truck will continue to run unless you remove the breaker in the panel that is marked IGN 15 amp. After you remove this the truck shuts down. If you plug it back in with the truck not running the dash readout comes on and the gauges sweep.

I had to hook the battery charger to it this morning with the breaker out and when I turned the charger on the ABS valves cycled (like when you switch the ignition on). Any thoughts? I tried the two relays on the bottom left and no change.

Sound like you may have a bad relay go into fuse box and look for the ignition relay and swap it with another one and are if that fixes it after that start checking ignition switch I always start at the easy stuff rirst.I have also came across things wired in that come n with ign and go bad causing it to back feed.and
