How can anyone really answer that unless they attended all 3 of them.

I would say none of the above......I would advise going to a tech school to train to obtain your CDL.....This way you are free to browse for your first company instead of being tied to a contract upon completion of training. You will find that your first year will indeed be the toughest, even more so if you have to drive for Swift or Roehl. I do not know much about Milan, but any trucking company that offers to pay for your schooling and pushes you into a contract immediately after training, usually has their own agenda in mind before your interest. Just advising you to browse for tech schools that offer truckdriver training courses, also most offer financial aid to those who qualify. Many tech school courses are affordable. Good luck to you.

well the problem with a tech school is that i dont have the money to go to one cause ive thought about that and also thought about go to a college close by but i dont think i can get finanical aid for either of them, i know that one day i wanna be a o/o but i think that im wanting that too fast and plus with most companys you have to have 6 months to one year exp. i do know how to drive a big truck because i have been driving tandems since i was 16 that were semis at one time, i have worked on them as well, ive thought about trying to get my permit and just gettin the cdl myself but i hear you have to go to school or a tech school so i figured goin to a company would be easier to do so i dont have to pay for any of it but a few little things, i have applied at roehl swift and cre. swift and cre have called me back and offered me the jobs, i decided to go with cre england and after think and have other talk me out of it am going to decline theyre offer because i have a bad feeling even tho there are some good comments on them but not many, im at hard place in the road because i need the money because i dont have a job at this moment so any advice is good to help me decide to whom to go with
