Check with covenant. They hired me with a 14 year old drug felony. Some companies will let some things slide after a certain number of years have gone by. Your still on probation so may be different. Good luck.

I think the probation thing is keeping people from hiring you. I also got hit with a misdemeanor DV charge when my wife wanted me out of the house. So she calls and say's I hit her. No marks but her word against mine. Didn't have the cash to fight it so pleaded no contest. Didn't have a problem getting a job but that's because I already had my Cdl and went to my old company. When I quit them Marten, Create, JBS Carriers didn't have a problem with my conviction. Try JBS Carriers that's who I am currently working for, but again I got the job after my Probation had ended.

You asked, people gave their opinions. You brush off their opinions.

My question is, why bother asking?

Dude its a misdemenor dont even worry about it just lie and say it aint you..Say it real slow ..I have never been arrested before..If you tell the truth no one will hire you if you lie about it you will have a job...Not a hard desision to make ..worry about getting caught if you do when you do but not likely anybody will find out about it

You could try one of the mega carriers or other carriers that have a high turnover.
It's probably not the best option, but it may get you earning an income until your situation looks better to other carriers.

    Good luck!
