Eagle river lake area? i spent different summers as a kid around Manitowish Waters(60's)
Ladysmith too, New London other times in the summer
Which Marriot Hotel? Portland dowtown, big one too by any standards. They fed us almost evryday from previous days buffet leftovers, was all good for me. dead broke out of the service back then and not giving a @##$$$ where I ended up. Was just part time at Fazios, but I was just tickled back then to have the job. Soon after, May Department Stores offered a better gig at their company cafeteria on the 10th floor no less. Janitor/aka/dishwasher. ha ha
