Schneider National kicked me out of their orientation, so now I have no job.
I can't blame them, my $2,000 CDL school did not each me to drive much, just enough to get my CDL.
They said I would be let back in if I got more 40 hours of training, or 10 to 20.
My wife suggested that I find an O/O & drive for free, I mean for 2 hours of lessons per day.
Would an O/O be able to do that?
Would any want to do that for someone who is OK at up shifting & staying in the lane (i.e. driving down a highway), needs work on skip shifting, turns, & backing the Schneider way?
Should I just bite the bullet and spend $2,000 and find a better school?
Kicked out by CR England, who to go with now?

I'd go back roehl no questions asked if I had to. It's not a bad company if you realize how trucking works.

Well, well; I served on the USS New Jersey (BB-62) for 24 months & one time in the Philippines I came back to the ship completely sober. It's not something I'm proud of, but I made up for it the next night.

Everything you said, I know why and you are just tryi ng to start issues because you had a bad experience, Have a nice life

Actually it is closer to 2 years, and as a former military trainer, Once certified you either have the ability to teach or you don't. They aren't going to let you teach unless you prove yourself, unlike some of the other large companies out thereMarky84 Thanks this.

You also told everyone your story as to why you are so unhappy, "A disgruntled former lease operator who failed". I truly feel bad for you. But don't dissuade others who have the potential to be successful because you did not. I won't engage with you anymore because these forums aren't for arguing, Take care of yourselfMarky84 Thanks this.
