Is there any company similar to maverick but on the west coast? Looking for a flatbed company that hires newbies at 21 that tries to get you home at least more then once every two weeks.... Maverick sounds pretty good, wish I lived in the hiring area.

Check out System transport out of spokane. I dunno if they hire in your area but im pretty positive they hire new drivers

System has a California regional fleet. I have no idea how often they get you home on that fleet, though.
I run NW and Canada regional and am home for a 34 on most weekends. -
A couple suggestions....Swift has a FB division as well as Roehl. I see Roehl In San Marcos weekly loading at a certain whse/mfg place. I've seen them doing this for 20 yrs, because I use to work next door. They have a yard in Fontana. You will be limited because of your age.

SWIFT does have a yard in Fontana, which I frequent... I ALWAYS see empty flats in the yard... Don't know what that means for you tho...

Thanks for the info guys, appreciated. Fwl, do you know what the starting pay would be?

You would need to call and talk to a recruiter to get the correct info for the CA division.
