Is there any company similar to maverick but on the west coast? Looking for a flatbed company that hires newbies at 21 that tries to get you home at least more then once every two weeks.... Maverick sounds pretty good, wish I lived in the hiring area.

System has a California regional fleet. I have no idea how often they get you home on that fleet, though.

I run NW and Canada regional and am home for a 34 on most weekends.

A couple suggestions....Swift has a FB division as well as Roehl. I see Roehl In San Marcos weekly loading at a certain whse/mfg place. I've seen them doing this for 20 yrs, because I use to work next door. They have a yard in Fontana. You will be limited because of your age.

SWIFT does have a yard in Fontana, which I frequent... I ALWAYS see empty flats in the yard... Don't know what that means for you tho...

I started at 34 cents per mile.

You would need to call and talk to a recruiter to get the correct info for the CA division.
