That is why I started my one thread....to tell the good, the bad, and the ugly....so far the only thing ugly has been some of the drivers I have seen....lol....just kidding!

Shipper slowed me down big time this week. AK in Rockport took 7 hours from arrival to departure on Tuesday. My week was shot from then on. 5 loads/Tarps and somewhere around 1800 miles. Gonna kick ### and take names again next week- even if it means I jump up in the cranes and load the darn coils myself LOL.

 

You're a better man than I am. I couldn't handle A K on a regular basis they suck in my opinion.

I am likely going to be doing the East-West thing this week (Chicago area to Pittsburgh area) all week because my Monday a.m. delivery is in Portage, IN. I'll probably get the pleasure of dealing with USS and The Techs all week back and forth from E. Chicago/Portage to Pittsburgh and back. Maybe I won't see much of AK....

That would be sweet. Not to mention a darn good mpg run. As long as the West wind don't get you to bad coming back to Gary.

 

Yep! Those weeks are pretty common. One factor in my decent 7.503 mpg rating. Although, in and out of the Butler Valley KILLS MPG.
