Frieghtliner: where's the CB go

    2010 Frieghtliner Cascadia, where do I hook my CB at. There is nothing in the typical places you might find any hook ups. Was this thing ordered not to have any. I thought I'd ask before tearing out the interior of what's not mine.

    If its like the last one i was in, the sunglasses holder above your head and slightly to the right pops out of the plate it's in, uncovering a cb sized hole. You undo the two trim screws at the top of that plate, install your cb in the bracket, hook up to the power and antenna, power up and your either a) good to go or b) start swearing and look up freitliner door antenna mount because you got one that gets bad or no signal.

    Mine has a factory mount in the center/top of the dashboard. Power hook up and antenna coax right at rear of cb. Velcro strap secures cb.

    That's where it was, not that it matters anymore. I went in to work this mourning just to find out they've closed the doors. OUT OF BUSINESS. Boom just like that unemployed. But thanks anyways.

    Yep 1 more month I would have had enough experience for the flatbed job I really wanted. Called them today they said I should try to stay with a company longer than I have being as how I quit BTC after 2 months and now this company goes under.
