Obviously since this is an online forum, many of you actively use the internet every week, if not every day.
What do some of you OTR drivers use for internet connections? Cellular data plans, or? Also, do most truck stops such as Pilot or TA have free wireless for customers?
Internet on the road?

But to answer, myself, I use a mobile Wifi hotspot via my Android. $20/mo. -
I used to have Mifi through Verizon but a few weeks back decided to teather my phone to use for internet service. Saves me $40 bucks a month plus I was going over my 5gb limit and my internet plan on my phone is unlimited. Trucks stops have internet that imo cost a fortune and will be slow when too many people use it.

Wow I was really hoping that truck stops such as Pilot or TA would have free wifi for truckers that want to catch up on emails, weather, maps, etc...

Also, if you are parked somewhere, say a Walmart, many times there will be other stores in sight.
Lowes, Home Depot, Sears, etc offer guest Wifi. You just need to open your browser and agree to their ToS. -
