    It is what you make of it. Work with them and they try to work with you. If you have a good DM that can really help. They want OTR drivers to do 10,000 miles a month. With a good DM and good planning on your part you can do that plus more. As far as the bad, well it will come down to the terminal you live close too. I have a good relationship with mine. The equipment is ok if taken care of by the previous driver. Benefits, well they are changing medical insurances so can't comment on it just yet.
