USX drivers...how's your day??

I have resigned from US Xpress. Many thanks to Noco Craig and Wedge for all of their help and insight.

 

Looks like another good person got burned by the actions of how USX runs their company. You would think that upper management would start to see things on how bad they treat people as a whole, and take some actions to improve the company, but why would they even do that when they have 250 + new people roller thru the Orientation classes?

 

I need more days like today. Mostly interstate driving means my student does minimal damage to the transmission. And my 4AM delivery said I can unload tonight, so tomorrow I get to sleep in until 6!

 

Still like the company. left because of personnel reasons.

 

It is just amazing at how USX recycles people thru to revolving door that they have. I have worked for some very large companies, and it is just unreal at how USX works. USX could be a good well respected company, but no way for that to happen with what is going on there.

 

In case you did not notice HD, Buff did not have a problem with the company. I know how desperately you need affirmation but you will just have to find someone else to support you.

 

I left to return to school and use my GI benefits. Again Craig is correct. HD needes to look for the positive and not the negative.

 

Sorry to inform you Craig, but I do not need any affirmation at all. If you only knew of how many people that have sent me private msg's on here that have all confirmed what I have said all along. Unlike you, I am an honest person.

he quit for a honorable reason that had nothing to do with the company

but you have to twist it and try to make it fit into your agenda if bashing a company that never did anything to you.........

 

I do not believe that I twisted anything. You really have no idea what they did or didn't do to me. USX is a Joke, get real if you really can not see what goes on there.
