Going From OTR Reefer To Local Flatbed (CA)

Hey drivers, im a driver driving for a small otr reefer company and looking for a local flatbed company in California. I found a company but will contact them tomorrow for more information. If theres any driver that knows a local flatbed company in Cali please let me know. Otr is not bad for me but I need to see more hometime for the moment for my family. As a otr driving for a small company I seem to like it and wanted to continue more with this company. They treat me well and always helped me out when needed to go home. Their equipment is good I drive a 2010 Cascadia and that truck is governed at 74mph. Miles Ive been averaging are 2500-2750 and Im been getting home on time. My plan and future for next year is to be a lease operator. That is my goal now to accomplish but I wanted to save money first for the lease side. Im still doing a lot of reviews online and looking at many companies with good leasing programs and also learning more about the business of being a owner operator. Also while being a L/O I want to train drivers to so that mean I would make more money while on the lease and that also would keep the truck running more. From now Ive learned a lot and that mean I want to share some of my experience with new drivers and thats another reason why I want to train. I like helping people out but at the same time it can be a dangerous move. I really dont know what company Iam looking at now to lease with and train but the ones I have in mind are KLLM, Crete, Maverick, SRT, and Prime. But now im not worrying about that now later I will know what company will workout for me. But for the moment I need a local flatbed company to get some experience on flatbed. I dont know much about flatbed because I only pulled reefers, and dry van trailers so im hoping I could get a little trained on that to. Any drivers that know a good local flatbed company please let me know, I know one and will contact them later but if anyone knows others that will help more. Thanks in advanced
