Sitting in Wintersville,Ohio waiting on my 0300 appt time .my guess is anyone who would schedule an early Sunday morning delivery has never partied on sat night or been laid in there miserable life.

 

Where was that at Guard? Turns out all of those pretty lights that lit up on my dash were trying to tell me something. I made it to New Glarus, got checked in & when I went to start the truck to get into a door the stop engine light came on. Called Fleet Net to let thin know it needed towed to Madison since it was already engaged in a shut down cycle. Sat for 2 hours and a SERVICE TRUCK shows up! The guy from Topels said Fleet Net wanted them to come out and verify it needed towed first so he hooked up the code reader and it sounded kinda major. Dip ##### from Fleet Net calls back tells me they'll dispatch a wrecker........3 hours later that shows up to haul me up to Madison. Needless to say KW is closed on Sunday so it looks as if I have some R&R time today.

 

SUCKS!!!!

Is that still 788?

 

After my last adventure with the starter on this piece of junk, i try to avoid fleetnet whenever i can, and that after hours number for the shop hasnt been much help in the past, either.

 

Yep, still in 788. On the bright side though I got to try some Spotted Cow yesterday with lunch and I must say it was quite tasty.

 

I know, right?!

 

Delivered this morning in milan, mo, and picking up going to sioux city, ia, unfortunately they scheduled the pickup for late this afternoon, but one person tells me i can get there between 7 am and 9 am another tells me its an appointment, i think it help if customer service would have sense enough to schedule enough time for the shipper to load it, and start putting more accurate delivery times (like putting in the actual window if its fcfs, or the actual appointment, ) instead of telling me"just get it there at such and such time", then not telling me until its too late to do anything about it, seems like people are assuming the driver is a mind reader. They haven't been too bad during this past summer, but in the last few weeks they have been driving me nuts with this last minute bs.

 

Home..taking a couple days off after 2 and a half weeks being out...have to go visit lawyers hopefully tomorrow...the ##### is trying to take everything.......
Plus I have determined that I will only stay out 5 to 7 days....cause I ain't making anything extra staying out longer....plus I do enjoy being home....
