Like to have info about Wil-Trans

I am looking into them as a student driver, my recruiter Chris told me that I would train for 8 weeks, the first 4 at .10 a mile and the sesecond 4 at .15 a mile and then when I go solo .36 a mile...they allow pets and spouse ride along's which is great for me. he said I can even earn more than .36 with fuel bonus and a couple others....but no matter what after training I will be at .36 guaranteed. That's the best I found as a student driver, not only that their trainers have at least 2 years experience unlike werner who gives some one a trainer position with 3 months of experience. I rather have a trainer with a couple years under their belt and not just a few months, that to me would be putting my career as a trucker at risk if I had some crappy trainer with just 3 months. I am liking everything I am hearing about Wil-Trans...They also have a longevity bonus and a safety bonus of 10k. Still doing my research and my gut is telling me this is the right company for me.

 

Any of you guys give em a try yet? How's it working out for you? Getting miles?
