Could be a prior employer did not respond to an employment verification request, or was not reachable with the information provided. Carriers have huge numbers of applicants, and if they run into any minor snag, they sometimes set that app aside and flag "disapproved" (not denied) and move on to the next. The notion they won't offer to give you a specific reason is very frustrating and I'd push again ... ask someone else, demand some sort of explanation. maybe you'll rattle the right cage next try.

With the number of applicants flooding many carriers today, many have implemented very odd criteria for narrowing down the active applicant pool.

 

Furthermore, don't be surprised if you get a call from a Millis recruiter 9 months from now wanting to know if you want to work for them

 

with a TON of schools and companies out there, i wouldnt be too worried about ONE denial.... try a couple others... im sure with no criminal record and good driving record youll find one easily, and a company to hire you as well.
