Either does the rest of the 99.9% who own them. People who own them have them for the power not the HAM bands.
I bought one for the power not the HAM bands.
The FCC doesnt have time or manpower to be chasing Joe Schmoe around seeing if he is talking on a 10 meter or any radio putting out over 4 watts. Then again be a big enough idiot with a "big radio" and the FCC will find the time.

 

Not anymore they have time for nothing.

 

I didn't get mine for power I can get that from an amp. I got mine for the features like 6 digit freq counter, ssb, eco that I don't care for anymore, 10k switch, eavesdropping on hams ect ect lol
