RT&T Eenterprises - Good family owned company.

My husband has been an OTR driver for 45 years. He has worked for many companies over those years; but since 2002 he has been with RT&T out of East Dubuque, Il.
He was a company driver until 2008, when the company decided to go with all leased drivers or owner operators.
In January 08, he entered into a 3 year lease/purchase on a tractor with them - he was able to choose from the 5 or 6 in the yard.
He turned miles; made good money. Got loads to the west coast, Tx, Ga, and once in a while, to NJ. He flat out told them that he would not go to New York, and they never asked him to.
Had a comdata card for fuel, scanner right in the tractor, & weekly settlements. Direct deposit on Thursdays if you choose.
He got home almost every weekend; only a few times he ended up running 2 weeks straight.
They are all very good folks to work for; easy to talk to. They really do care.
He was able to pay off the lease in Sept 2010 - 4 months early. No hidden fees, no b.s.
In January of this year, he retired and we moved to Fl.
I will recommend RT&T to anyone who wants to drive for a good company.
