That is a standard desk response or uneducated DOT statement. For one trip planning has nothing to do with it. I spent 12 hours waiting to load and unload inside of 300 miles. Towing a truck at a 1000 bucks? Sure my company will go for that!:biggrin_2559:

Dispatch; they took forever to load me. I had no idea it would take so long. I am out of hours and can not park on site. I am 5 miles from truckstop. Can you send me a wrecker to tow me there? Sure no problem; sending breakdown message now! :biggrin_25523::biggrin_25523::biggrin_25523: Now back to the real world!:biggrin_25522:

OK! Your post was long winded so I must admitt, I did not read word for word, however I feel your post was about running illegal and justifying it. If I am on the opposite side (I am very sorry & very gratefull you run legal).

I do on the other hand feel many drivers have said I can run until my body feels the need to stop & unfortunately they have ended up in an accident that led them into a prison sentence. I hope no one has to deal with this situation, however I am here to tell you what "can" happpen if you run/log illegal. So please for you new comers and you old drivers please I don't want to hear one of "my" drivers have become a driver to imprisoment. So run LEGAL and if you can't run legal and something bad happens to you , you owe us as a board/forumn to come here and tell us what happened and the outcome :biggrin_25511:
I hope the outcome is good, however to teach the "newcomers/old one's" a lesson we need some real drivers that visit us :).

I am just an log auditor trying to help a driver, if you don't believe what I say that's fine, however when you become caught up in a rut please let me know as I am your friend/log advisor:yes2557:

You can't cheat, that's my point of running what you actually do and log legal:biggrin_25520:

No, you CAN cheat....you just can't cheat and eventually NOT get caught. :biggrin_2559:
