I was with conway and I liked it until I got in an accident because of an asthma attack. Took 6 months to find work again, and I was a bit apprehensive on the first day of orientation, but since I've been wandering around the terminal and watched as the guy doing detailed inspections on vehicles as they entered the gates, watching as the vehicles were getting repaired, and listened to people talking, I know it's not all what people were making it out to be.

The benefits Knight offers is much nicer than what conway had (which was essentially a discount program at twice the cost) I believe that things might indeed get better as time goes. I've been in a bad company, and I was in a decent company, and I hope that this company has parity to the decent one I worked for. It seems that they're getting on top of things.

I try to always keep an open eye and mind, and I'm always staying open to all the possibilities that lie before me too. I look at the positive and I stay positive. Hell, I've done well in even the worst companies I worked for because I stay positive. CR England, I was thinking well, it's a bad company.... My trainer would make comments of a sexual nature and CRE ignored the complaints. It's so bad that I was assaulted sexually by my trainer at a truck stop. He grabbed my breast and I nearly took his head off for it. I called CRE up, then the police... He still works for CRE even though he dared lay his hands on me. I of course, am not the suing kind of girl, I just beat the living hell out of people because that's how I was trained. I don't think he'll lay hands on another person again, not after what I did to him in front of security cameras. No other truck driver has made an advance like that towards me. Most will flirt, but nobody has touched me. And that's the difference between CRE and other companies. Other companies will fire on the spot. CRE didn't do a thing. Oh well... I just wish I broke more than his jaw, nose, 4 ribs, dislocated a shoulder, kicked and stomped his balls, and rearrange his left ear. I should have castrated him.... Oh well. I think he got off a bit too lightly. I got onto a different truck, then went about my business. And then I quit when I saw the ####### driving a few months later. Went from there straight to Conway.

Yes, I heard the stories about Knight, seen the bad stuff, but even then I look to the possibilities that lie before me. It's not really a bad company, people just don't know how to be positive and make the company a better place by nudging them to work in a better direction. The company does listen. I mean, I was closed out of so many doors because of my asthma attack but Knight's Safety Director listened to my side of the story, and decided I could work for them even though they were inclined to reject me too.

I'll be just fine.
