For the love of god don't go to CRST.

If you want to team, your at one of the best company's for it. Stick it out, it will pay off in the end.

Phone calls - e,mails - everyday - ! Ask when /who / what time / cry / beg / . I sent in the last e-mail this morning , explaining that I saw my son out after dark last night , - crying ! He has been waiting to go to work for 6 weeks , Got dropped from his job when he said , he was going to orientation . He was trying to be a good guy and give two weeks notice. But for doing that they fired him that day . Then the class was held over for another week, and today he was going on hes six week , two ? after orientation !! In my e-mail this morning I told the company that he had sold he's P.C , playstation ,rod and reel , speakers and him and his wife+child had moved into my two bedroom house because he was broke. Got a call 15 minutes after I sent the e-mail, saying that the company had drooped the ball, and a bus ticket was in route to meet his mentor AND about 5 minutes after that the mentor called , I must have thanked JC a 100 times if 9 seconds ,

Agree with Craig, run from CRST. USX is one of the best biggie companies for students and teams. Not perfect at all, might choose another option ourselves (h/wife) team ourselves. But it wont be to another biggie, only something specialized or a o/o or l/p situation. If had to do it again, would still choose USX, even on days or weeks they make me sick. Which has been alot lately :biggrin_2559:

So, first load as contractors. Arrive at the Ford plant and they are closed today for the first day of hunting season. You gotta just love the midwest.

In my family and social circle the opening day of hunting season trumps every other day of the year lol. I would say that it is easily more important than xMas or turkey day. Lol

Ok so hubby is with a trainer. I'm so relieved!! So is he. Already did over 500 miles. But the trainer likes to sleep, a lot. But not while hubby is driving. My hubby is kinda driving like a solo driver. Doing all the driving himself. Trainer there to spot, give pointer, etc. good deal. Except right after my hubby reset, he was still waiting for the trainer to wake up so he could get moving again. Oh well. I'm not expecting things to be perfect no matter what. I was just freaking out that they may not have a trainer for him and didn't know if we would have to wait long etc. but all is better. I do have a question for those that have driven as an employee for USX... In the newer trucks, what size is the bed? We have a couple of brand new mattresses that we would like to use, one twin another full (double). Which ever one isn't a match we are donating. Anyone know?

Twin is the closest. I also STRONGLY suggest you invest in a 4" memory foam topper. Really deadens the bumps. $90 or so at Walmart
