I actually only need the air ride part of the seat, basically the base as the seat itself is fine. The seat just leans to the side as something is crooked in the base of the seat. Where are some good big truck salvage places that one can find parts like this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Gonna be cheaper to buy a whole seat

Yeah, I think that will be the outcome, to purchase the whole seat and switch out our seat onto the base (if our current seat is better). My driver is actually looking at one right now in Houston, just not sure if it will work or not yet.

Easiest, cheapest route is to buy new complete seat. Youll spend $300-$1,000 depending on what make/model, covering, and create comforts (heat, climate control, massage, lumbar, rapid exhaust with memory, etc etc.).
Look at it this way. If you feel the cushion is okay and the base is worn out, once you put the new seat in youll realize just how bad your cushion was getting. If you really want to go through the work of finding a base you can, just have to match the brand and model then wait a long time generally. New seats are in stock and ready to go.
New seats pretty much follow a universal mounting pattern. They will work in your truck. some have wider mounts than others for the bigger folks, other than that most are practically the same, not always a bolt in install, but at the very most drill a couple holes and bolt in install.
Ive gone through rebuilding seats in many pieces of equipment before and it just isnt worth it. For one you have all of the time and hassle, then you have a good cushion just laying around. In my experience the cushions either last longer or wear out at the same time as the base. So then the next time you need a new base youll still think you have a good cushion and the process repeats, youre spending extra money and time when you could just not even start the cycle and just replace the entire seat. Easiest option for you, your driver and the bank account. -
I'd pick up a national seat. They've always been real comfortable to me and fairly inexpensive as well. I've got a bostrom wide ride low now and I hate it, last seat was a standard national and it was pretty comfortable

This must be the best truck seat ever made, health insurance for lower back problems, but Bose price over... 6000$.

I have a skinny ### and those wide rides are very unvkmfortable to me.
Most of our trucks have Seats Inc. Seats.

Yeah it's looking like it will be easier to just purchase a new one, what is the best place over the road to find one at a good price?
