Payroll has to enable it. You've sent the request to enable message from within the application? If it's still not working, give payroll a call - you may have to delete it and try downloading it again.

That's the registration process... so you SENT that information? If so, you should have received an email back confirming that the registration took place. Try doing it again, and if you don't get the acknowledgement back, call your payroll person.

 

Fleet id just company name correct?

I see alot of people saying they like or do not like big cities. Can you actually request NOT to go to big cities and is that type of request actually honored? I am seriously looking into prime. I live near NYC and have no issues driving a car there, but can't imagine driving a truck through there.
