Is there a time limit for how long a carrier can wait to post something on your DAC? Like can they wait 3 or 4 months after an incident before they put something on your record?
DAC time limit?

Call hire right and ask . -
Yea part of my story is on here somewhere. But thats what they did was put 2 things on my DAC from 4 months ago when I quit last week

Nothing is entered as it happens, only when you make a termination report.
-
You used to get $2.50 off your invoice for every driver's termination report you faxed in.
Big turnover places send them in for everyone that quits!
The best report says voluntary quit, no drug/alcohol problems, no accidents, elligible for re-hire.
You could list the state and dates of at fault accidents, etc.
it was all check off boxes that limit what you could say though enough stuff checked off makes people using DAC 'read between the lines'.
The worst thing you could say was 'personal contact requested'.
I'd be leery of using that one because it could appear that you are actively saying dirty stuff about someone and it could get back to the individual. -
They have all the time they want......no limitations that i have ever heard of.
What a BS service the whole DAC-HireRight company is.
Any company that pays to use it can put anything they want on your report without proving it....Total BS!
