I guess The point was misssed for most, first let me apologize for being so long winded, second if You read the post i give a darn good example of how You will get caught cheating, and there is no way around it, as I said it happened to me. Sorry for not being a real driver, I must have spent too many hours going over my drivers logs before my family finally shut the doors on our operation, and I guess my whole point was, like the person who said they were probably selling out, that what a shame I have to run like this now too make a (Decent) not great! Paycheck. As was stated there was a time when this Job was a Darn good one and paid the bills, and guys were not strangers to their families. Thoes days are gone and I wonder why? Before this whole thing turns into a topic it was not meant to be. I will say "AGAIN" to any new comer, Please run legal for at least for a few years, and when the time comes that Your family misses You, and You look at your paycheck, and it is less than the school janitors, who works 8 hours a day, ahh forget it. And I again apologize for being so long winded, that was wrong and won't happen again.
Do you run illegal on your logs?

Devices like Speed Pass will get you caught and I am sure that if they ever get Pre Pass setup then like they do Speed Pass and I Pass then we are all DOOMED.

Reason I took it off.
First I want to apologize to all on the board for hoarding space and being so long winded. It was wrong and I am sorry. Second the more I thought about it the more I thought that maybe I am giving Bad advice to new people, and third I got into some other trouble with it too. So Please let me apologize now, and I will keep my length of posts reasonable from now on..
Thank You -
Yep for sure, I have pre pass too, now there is no way they don't see the times I go through the sc ales, If I go through one in the morning and i go through another at night I am sure it shows what time I was at the first. So it's like alot of people said including myself, there is no way to get away with it, if they really want to bag You on it.. But I will bet there way more equiptment and weight, and securement violations given out than log.

In the Yukon there is no requirement for log books if running just in the Yukon.
It is nice, I can run a 20hr day if I want but I only drive to what I can do. Most days it is a 16-18 hr day and then sleep.
So yes I technically break log book rules everywhere else in the world but here it is legal. -
Wow that is crazy, I think! No log book regulations at all? -
No log book requirements at all if I stay in the Yukon territory, if I go outside the territory and then back in I have to run a log book till the end of the trip.
There is rumor we are going to start using them May 1st 2008 but no confirmation yet.
