Well things going as planned thus far. Got loaded by 0915 local time and headed out of Portland. The weather was actually pretty nice most of the day with a pleasant trip along the Columbia river. Made it to Snowville, UT for a nice 678 mile day. Still no word on the Kraft plant unloading me on Friday but going to keep on rolling like they will. Plan on making it to Limon, CO tomorrow and Tulsa on Thursday afternoon.

After arriving at GP monday, I had to put my truck in the shop for a PM service. I put my self on the outbound list for Tuesday for a load thru home for Thanksgiving. I was offered a load to North Vernon IN that delivers Friday morning. I'll swing by the house and spend Thanksgiving, deliver my load Friday, then roll back home empty and stay home till Monday.
Happy Thanksgiving to all. God is good. -
good for you glad your getting home for thanksgiving be safe

Well just wasn't meant to be I suppose. Can't deliver until Monday morning so going to be stuck in Tulsa until then. Luckily I have an old friend that lives there and will be able to spend the time at his place instead of sitting at a truck stop. Will have my best week ever with tomorrows miles and done in only 6 days
Will still have about 10 hours left that I won't be using so that 4K week was a real possibility without running into a holiday but oh well still not too shabby.
Day 1: 605 miles Henderson, NV --- Boise, ID
Day 2: 647 miles Boise, ID --- Blaine, WA
Day 3: 275 miles Blaine, WA --- Portland, OR
Day 4: 678 miles Portland, OR --- Snowville, UT
Day 5: 674 miles Snowville, UT --- Limon, CO
Day 6: ca. 615 miles Limon, CO --- Tulsa, OK

Well yes, that is a good week. They've been running me quite well right out of orientation. I ran 3508 one week and 6838 for two weeks. One of my many Backhaul's got me through the house and I was able to squeeze in a restart between weeks. Been on my first trip number since orientation. Check should be a good one. Finally glad to get into GP to turn in paperwork so I can get paid. Had over $200 in Tolls form the North. Four weight Cat Scales to collect back and 8 paid stops! Should be a good check next week. Now I'm on a load home tonight. Things working out quite well so Far. Happy Thanksgiving to all whenever you get to it.
