Left the house Tuesday afternoon with a repowered load to Detroit for 1730 delivery appointment. Was empty at midnight, finished my 10 hour break there. After three hours of sleep, deadheaded to Bolingbrook, IL to pick up a three stop. That load was repowered after I made the first drop in Rochester, MN since I ran out my 11. Slept in Walmart parking lot and then off to Worthington this morning to pick up preload headed to Virginia. Trailer had a flat of course because that is how my week is going so far...LOL! Stopped in Oakdale, WI for the night. Don't have to be in VA till Sunday so should be able to take my time since there will be tons of traffic tomorrow and Saturday.

Hey good luck Mark! I know a few guys working up around Williston and it sounds like the Wild Wild West up yonder.

 

Currently sitting in gordonsville getting unloaded then hopefully up to Waynesboro for a lil r&r truck needs a b service got 480,000 on her. Thinking there gonna swap her out pretty soon.

 

Certainly is a pickle party, at least!

picking up in southern Il to be in Lincoln NE by monday....gee I dont know if I'll make it LOL.....seems tight....UGG holidays just screw everything up LOL

 

Brian, that sounds like a fantabulous idea! I'll stop by Wawa in Allentown and stock up on supplies. So in other news, I just talked to the GM of the KW shop out here in Rapid City and I will be stuck here until Monday sometime. I must say though that even though being broken down sucks I am very impressed by this shop. The KW in Madison I was at last week made it sound like I was a complete burden to them by wanting my truck fixed. On the other hand these guys are fantastic! When I was sitting on the ramp yesterday waiting on the wrecker Tom who is the General Manager personally came out to see exactly what the deal was so he could give his mechanics a heads up and to make sure there was a free bay for me. Granted they are owned by the same person who owns Sioux Falls & Sioux City who we are major customers of, but it's still nice to see good customer service in this day and age.

 

Sitting in Lincoln at shoemakers truck stop off of xit 395.. get to be here til monday...then I go home monday for court on tuesday to deal with the succubus thay was my wife...yay..
