No was gonna buy it from Roehl and I tried it for a week but I'm too claustrophobic so I had to quit. I'm 6ft tall and 3 years ago I weighed 200. Then I quit smoking. Now I weigh 250 so I'm on a diet.

Not to discourage you , but your BMI is at 35 , and your profile says trucker 0-1 yr. With the changes in this industry moving forward , you're going to have to do something about this for your own well being. If your real overweight getting into this profession , it's gonna make trimming down even harder. Think life here for yourself , over this profession that grows obesity and caters to it. I've been in it for 24 yrs , I hate eating at trucks stops cause everything on that menu is prepared and priced for the Big , I mean , Real Big. After 24 yrs I stand 5' 6" and weigh 190.
Up until I quit smoking in 2002, I was 157. My discharge weight from the Marine Corp , but as a non drinker 17yrs nonsmoker 11 the extra 33lbs seems to have stabilized , I've been at that weight for 4 or 5 yrs now . Carrying the extra weight hasn't seemed to effect my BP , which the VA just took on 11-21 and was 102 over 72. It's so stupid in this industry , as the trucking companies want healthy , the insurances want healthy , yet they still haven't figured out the truck stop endorse obesity by pricing the buffet at 10 to 11 bucks and building everything on the menu to also encourage big. I wish insurance companies would start forcing their Trucking client to have fridges and Microwaves in the truck , allowing for you as an individual to eat healthier smaller amounts instead of being forced to overpay for dinners you can only eat half of. Good Luck to ya

I cook in my truck, very rarely do I buy food in truckstops or fastfood restaurants. There is basically nothing that isn't fried and loaded with saturatated fat, salt and grease. I am a big guy. but I have managed to lose 15lbs while on the road. I have a coleman camp stove and cook simple stuff in reasonable portitions. I am 5'11' and 240 now. I feel it has been easier to loose weight on the road because i don't have the ability to munch and eat as large portions, because I limit my spending and eat primarily what I have on board with me.

Does it use the small propane bottles? How well does it work inside the truck?

Yep small propane bottle and think it is great. I just open up my windows and cook, usually only on for 10mins or so. I flip up my mattress and use the bunk platform

no problem, I've been to that plant and that would be good as a regular stop. Can you park your truck at home? or do you park somewhere else and what about plugging your truck in?

I'm not sure if it's different for new drivers just looking to be hired. I've been driving for Roehl (and loving it for the most part) for about a year and a half. I just had to take another DOT physical because my card had expired.

At 6' 4" tall and 450 lbs., I have to be among the biggest drivers in the company. My neck circumference was measured at 20.5" and I passed the physical and got my card reissued to me.

I think where the neck measurement comes in is for the sleep apnea thing. I did have to have a sleep study done, and was told I have a "mild" case of sleep apnea, and ended up having to get a machine. I got the one they suggested, and it costs a little over $1,500. The nice thing is that insurance will cover 80% of the cost, and I'm only on the hook for the rest. I could either pay it off now or Roehl will take $30 out of each paycheck until it's paid off.

All in all, I'm glad I took the sleep study because you never know if you are having sleeping problems or not. With the machine I should be all set in that area.
