Maybe you should stick with a company instead of bouncing around.

Well, not that it's any of your ####### business, but I went back to IRT 2 months after leaving. I'm currently broke down in Dallas and waiting for Peterbilt to finish replacing the EGR cooler that's been causing me to go through 2 gallons of antifreeze a day. I haven't been on here much because too many people wanna talk #### and I don't need that. I haven't even bothered to hook up the cb for the same reason. Turns out I tend to be in a much more positive frame of mind when I keep to myself on the road whenever possible.

Hey guys, got an email from Tony today and they said that I can pre qualify now and then when ready to go back out in Fed they can just run my mvr and bring me on. I was curious as to their "training". I have flatbed/stepdeck experience and been off the road for a little more then a year, but they told me all I need is 1 year otr in 3 and tanker endorsement. No hazmat. Was really curious as to the training and if they do hair folicle testing?? (Please look at my other post before lecturing me about why I'm asking).

Any CURRENT info on these guys would be great, I'm really wanting to get on with them and ansty so I figured I'd ask here too and see what the results are!

    Thanks.

Thanks for the info socal!! Where do they do orientation and are they 48 or regional? Been thinking of moving to Houston to be closer to family on my time off but their website doesn't list drop yards or info on orientation! How are they to work for? I'm the type to come to work, do my job n go home. I don't fuss much as long as they don't push to do anything illeagal, logs, weather, etc!! What is their view on snow and winter weather on the mtns and passes? Any HONEST in site to them would be wonderful! I've been skimming the thread here but 300+ pages is alot, lol. I will be happy with 1800 a week or better for my personal reasons, is that something that is doable consistantly, hopefully more, but that is my personal goal weekly! Thanks again for any info, stay safe!!

Somebody else can give you more current info But Orientation is usually in Winter Haven Fl. It is kinda a outlaw outfit, Working at IRT you'll run your tail off or be banished to wimpy status and sit and get crappy loads. Either way you will be in the truck not home. They used to let you run on I40 to stay away from snow and not require chaining.
