    DId you know its illegal and unlawful for any COP or DOT to write you ANY ticket unless they can prove to you that your a government employee with payroll and paystubs. Its true. I win my tickets that way everytime. JUDGE hates it that you know it and will dismiss it before others have a chance to hear you out fully.
