    Superior has a terminal in Lakeland. A good friend of Cyanide's used to run for us out of there. He stayed out longer than weekly though. Probably worth a phone call. With that much experience they might find a place for him.

    All great info guys, I'll pass it along. He honestly should be looking to retire, but his divorce has left him high n dry. I'm wondering how well this will go for him with the change from O/O to company man. He's already a PITA , but a dang good driver.

    CTL has a terminal there but I'm sure they are mostly long haul for the new drivers. A lot of gas haulers there but they are pretty tough to get on. McKenzie is there and down at Port Manatee but I know things are kind of slow out of there now.

    Can't you get on your wife's insurance? A lot of companies arnt giving very good retirement package's anymore either. I know lots of o/o's that put more back into 401's and what not than most company guys do in a year's time.

    She works P/T at Menards back home, so she only has insurance for herself. I have my own policy thru BC/BS, and it's not too pricey. I am thinking more along the lines of when I'm ready to hang it up and don't want to work no more. I'd like to have a 401K, and some type of retirement plan set-up.

    As for my buddy, he called Florida Rock and Tank and has an interview friday. He also called the Wehpool place and they said to submit an app so he did.

    Just an update, my buddy got a job with the FL Highway Dept hauling diesel fuel to the different garage sites, job sites and he will also be doing some other stuff I guess. He seems happy, started this week.
